The rear camera setup on the Honor View 10 sports two sensors - one 16-megapixel RGB sensor and the other a 20-megapixel monochrome sensor, complete with an f/1.8 aperture, PDAF, dual-LED flash.
Honor 7X will debut in the Indian market on Thursday, December 7 through online retailer Amazon which is accepting pre-registration. The 7X comes with a 8MP sensor at the front for selfies. Moreover, we felt that there was no need for the Honor logo to be on the front of the phone, which makes it unattractive with the thin bezel. The phone comes in 4 GB RAM and 32GB / 64GB internal storage.
In addition, Honor launched two new products today: Honor View 10, a true flagship which delivers state-of-the-art artificial intelligence (AI) and superior performance and Honor 7X, a mid-range player that for the first time, is bringing full-view display to the mass market. Out of the box, Honor 7X runs on Android 7.0 Nougat with EMUI 5.1 on the top.
Also, it is worth a mention that the Honor 7x is said to have a Gorilla Glass protection for its display, though the version is unknown.
Honor 7X launching in the U.S. for $199.99
Launched in India in 2014, Honor started manufacturing in the country from 2016 in partnership with the leading global electronics manufacturer Flex Telecom at a facility in Chennai. The phone has a dual camera with rear ones housing a 20MP and 16MP sensors.
You'll also get the blazing fast Kirin 970 chipset with Huawei's Neural Processing Unit, 6GB RAM and 128GB storage.
The front-facing camera also enables face unlock, a first for a Huawei-built phone, which the company claims is secure enough to be used for payment authentication. Although China now makes up 85 per cent of Honor's global revenues, Zhao said that the aim is to shift this over the next five years so that by 2022, 60 per cent of revenue will come from outside of China. Inside is 64GB of storage and there's a microSD card slot for 256GB more. But importantly, the Honor View 10's battery supports Huawei's Super Charge fast charging technology (22.5W), which means it's able to charge from 0 to 50 percent in half an hour.
The V10 comes in navy blue or midnight black, and is available globally starting on January 8th for £449.99 (around $605).
