Jennifer Lopez returning to Will and Grace

But this time she's taking on not one, but two characters.

Jennifer Lopez attends the 2017 NBCUniversal Upfront at Radio City Music Hall on May 15, 2017 in New York City.

Will and Grace had Jennifer Lopez playing herself in Season 6 Finale and Season 7 Premiere. She ended her guest appearances with a huge bang, after she sang "Waiting for Tonight" at Karen and Lyle's wedding.

Lopez shared a smiling cast shot, alongside Debra Messing (Grace), Sean Hayes (Jack) and Megan Mullally (Karen), without caption, but Mullally added raves for the multi-talented star when she shared the same sweet shot.

NBC are yet to have revealed further details about what Jennifer will get up to in her forthcoming "Will & Grace" cameo. She later invited Jack to be a backup dancer on her tour before giving him to Janet Jackson instead.

"In case you're wondering, no, it's not makeup", she wrote of Lopez.

While we wait for the pop star's return to the small screen, Will & Grace-which has already been renewed for another 13-episode season-has more familiar faces stopping by.

Vanity Fair first reported news of her return.

The original "Will & Grace" series began in 1998 and aired for almost 200 episodes over eight seasons before ending in May 2006.

"Will & Grace" airs Thursdays at 9/8c on NBC.
