Flight records call into question Trump's Moscow visit claims

WASHINGTON-President Donald Trump continued to push back against James Comey this weekend after memo's penned by the former Federal Bureau of Investigation director were made public. In one Facebook post, Trump poses in a photo outside Nobu Moscow on Friday, Nov. 8, 2013.

But a Bloomberg report on Monday that scrutinized flight schedules and social media posts showed that Trump arrived in Moscow early Friday morning Russian Federation time - and didn't return to the Big Apple until very early Sunday morning NY time.

Flight records obtained by Bloomberg say that Trump's jet shows him flying into Moscow on Friday evening, staying overnight, and flying out the next evening, after the Miss Universe Pageant on Saturday evening and a late night afterparty.

The New York Times first reported previous year that Trump traveled to Moscow on a plane owned by his friend Phil Ruffin, a casino magnate.

The allegations were detailed in a dossier about alleged collusion between Trump's campaign and Russian Federation by British spy Christopher Steele.

But the records show that the future president's journey to Moscow began in North Carolina, where he attended a birthday tribute to evangelist Billy Graham on Thursday, Nov. 7, 2013. Bloomberg and Politico obtained flight records for a Bombardier Global Express jet owned by Ruffin Development Expositions that left the USA on Thursday, Nov. 7, 2013 and landed at Moscow's Vnukovo International Airport the following day. And it's substantiated by social media posts that show he slept in Moscow the night before the Miss Universe contest.

In fact, Trump arrived in Moscow, where he attended the Miss Universe pageant, which he owned at the time, on a Friday.

Online posts showed Trump at the Ritz on November 9, and he tweeted about touring the Russian capital. From Vnukovo airport, it's less than an hour's drive to the Ritz-Carlton hotel, where Trump stayed, according to the pageant's host, developer Aras Agalarov.

Miss Universe host Aras Agalarov said the plane touched down at Vnukovo airport, which is less than an hour away from the Ritz, early in the morning on November 8, according to Bloomberg.

It's not known which night the tape was allegedly recorded, but Trump's bodyguard Keith Schiller testified previous year that he turned down an offer from an unknown Russian to send five sex workers to Trump's Moscow hotel room at some point that weekend, sources told NBC.

Records show his business partner's jet departed Moscow at 3:58 a.m. and landed in Newark, N.J., at 4:11 a.m. on Sunday.

Comey compiled the memos after private conversations with Trump during the transition and the first four months of Trump's presidency.

"We don't do that type of stuff", Schiller allegedly said past year.
