How did the Browns do on Day 2 of the draft?

Cleveland tabbed the Georgia running back with the third pick of the second round, No. 35 overall.

That was only slightly disappointing to Chubb.

Equanimeous St. Brown is a project pick who actually saw his production dip in 2017.

In the end, that's all Chubb wanted, a chance to prove himself, and he'll be able to do that in Cleveland.

Chubb (5-10, 228) joins a running back room that features free-agent signee Carlos Hyde and Duke Johnson.

To top it off, Chubb's selection was announced by Jim Brown, one of the greatest backs to play in the NFL.

"I've been a big fan of Chubb for a long time".

Corbett, the 6 foot-4 tackle was the first player taken in the second round of the draft on Friday evening. He's now working on his master's in biology and hopes to become an orthopedic surgeon after football and has the requisite lunch pail mentality.

Chubb is a powerful downhill runner that runs behinds his pads, bullying through tacklers up the middle. Most projections have Corbett becoming an interior lineman at the National Football League level, making this pick a little curious given the money the Browns already have invested at guard and center. You have to hand it to the Bengals, they knew what they needed and went after guys who should play immediately.

Lorenzo Carter's name was also taken off the board. Linebacker Roquan Smith (No. 8 overall), offensive tackle Isaiah Wynn (23) and Michel (31) became the first trio in Bulldogs history to be picked in the first round. The 227-pounder rushed for 1,345 yards and 15 touchdowns last season.
