The photos also confirm that the Moto G6 Play will come with a single primary camera on the back, whereas the standard Moto G6 and the top-end Moto G6 Plus will have two snappers on the rear, but will wary in screen sizes. As per the leaked images, the Moto G6 Play will feature a 5.7-inch HD+ display with 1440 x 720-pixel resolution and a 2.5D curved glass protection. Moto G6 is said to be powered by an octa-core Snapdragon 450 chipset.
Rumored specs for the phone include an nearly 6-inch Full HD display with an 18:9 ratio, a Snapdragon 630 chipset and 6GB of RAM. It is expected to have a 3,000mAh battery with fast charging support. The device will come with a micro USB port and of course, it will retain the 3.5mm headphone jack. The smartphone will feature a rear-facing fingerprint scanner which will be hidden within the Motorola batwing logo. The Lenovo-owned company will also be launching the new Moto G6 and G6 Plus on the said date. As per the 10-second video also shared by Slashleaks, the Moto G6 Play's display and the rear panel is shown. At the front, selfies and video calling could be handled by possibly a 16MP sensor and an accompanying LED flash could help in low-light conditions. But as it happens every time, both G6 and G6 Play have been a subject to several leaks and rumours.
