As for Ziggler, teaming him with McIntyre gives him something new and fresh to do. If The Usos are drafted to Raw, it would be nice of WWE to keep the married Jimmy and Naomi on the same show. Now that Carmella has cashed in her Money in the Bank contract and won the Smackdown Women's Championship, it's her title to lose.
WWE has several incredible tag teams, but it has exhausted just about every possible combination of championship feuds. Also, Sasha Banks and Bayley in a singles match has been confirmed. For the last few years, Bossier City has gotten "Smackdown" shows, so guys like Cena, AJ Styles, and Dean Ambrose have been eligible to come. The show featured a handful of new arrivals to Raw and was main-evented by a 10-man tag team match.
Naomi and Bayley could also use a change of scenery after spending the past two years with their respective brands. It's a fun match, but what's clear is that SmackDown Live has trimmed a lot of its fat. At least for now, she still has Sonya Deville with her at ringside.
On the blue brand, the former MMA fighter has a much better chance of standing out and working her way up the ladder toward a title shot. She 100% needs to be on screen with him at all times.
The Revival deserve better for what's happened to them since their call-up to the main roster. And Jeff Hardy had a very interesting conversation with his brother Matt, and Matt's new buddy Bray Wyatt. That could also mean they have a major storyline planned for Big Cass or he's shifting to a different roster.
Mike Kanellis: Kanellis returns from battling through some person struggles as well as the birth of his first child with wife Maria Kanellis, and he will do so as a fresh member of the Raw brand.
Vega has been Almas' saving grace. The caller, on Wrestling Observer Live, claimed to have a WrestleMania program that listed certain superstars on brands that they now aren't on, indicating that these superstars are the ones who will switch brands during the Shake-up. The show benefitted from a hot crowd that was itching for some changes, and the Red brand brought that in spades.
