Zlatan, get your skates on! Ibrahimovic watches LA Kings

Despite leaving the club in the middle of the season, Zlatan Ibrahimovic has no ill feelings towards Manchester United or Jose Mourinho.

"I like Mourinho. He is the Special One", he added.

City could well rest players ahead of Tuesday's Champions League return date with Liverpool, but regardless of the team Guardiola puts out former United striker Ibrahimovic says Mourinho will have his men revved up. He was coming back from his [hamstring] injury, and I think it just retightened on him. He is very motivated for these kind of games and I'm pretty sure he doesn't want them to become champions against him.

Ibrahimovic recently moved to Los Angeles Galaxy and scored 2 goals in his side's extraordinary comeback last week. While Ibrahimovic looked invincible in his debut, the game was his first since December 26 with Manchester United, and he will need time to reach full match fitness.

As much as it's true, the Manchester derby is certainly a match that is hugely important to the supporters who may have been upset to hear what their manager said.

'He likes to win. "Because you have to be flawless with him, you have to give him the good ball, so I think it's good for everybody, because everybody wants to give more".

"I think I need a few weeks to be 100 percent, but right now I feel good and I know I can give a lot of things for the team.", he said.

Many expected Zlatan Ibrahimovic to eventually join LA Galaxy after his time at Old Trafford but not until the end of the season. Wherever he went he won. "As I said when we showed the guys again on tape on Tuesday, I got goose bumps all over again".

"They've been doing it good".

Ibrahimovic boldly declared his intention to win trophies when he arrived in Los Angeles last month, but he also wants to fit in well with his new team and its disparate collection of players gathered from Europe, South America and the U.S. So hopefully they win it.

Manchester United will definitely try everything to not let the Citizens get their hands on the trophy at the Old Trafford.

However, it was not the first time the 36-year-old played under Jose as they were both together at Inter Milan and had a close relationship from then on.
