Alia Bhatt and Vicky Kaushal promote Raazi in a playful mood

"Trade analyst Taran Adarsh tweeted the figures and wrote, "#Raazi continues its SPLENDID RUN. Even as praise flowed in for the film, the most noteworthy compliment was from Alia's father Mahesh Bhatt, who said Raazi is Alia's career's best performance. The actress doesn't need a big hero to pull audience to the theatres to watch her film.

Raazi sees some stellar performances, including that of Vicky Kaushal who plays the role of Alia's husband and Pakistani army major. It gets really hard for me to take out time for her and I feel really bad about that. "Then I feel we have done our job".

Alia Bhatt plays a spy in Raazi. "But I forgot that my mother has way more experience with films than me", IANS quoted Alia as saying.

"With 'Raazi', I have managed to get to spend eight days straight with her because I was working with her and she is playing the role of my mother in the film as well". The film was shot extensively in Kashmir and takes us back to the 1971 India-Pakistan war. If that statement was made to fit into the Kapoor family and get in good terms with Kareena, Alia still has a long way to go there. Talking about what appealed to her that she ventured into making Raazi, Meghna had earlier said, "For me, the core thread of the story, which is the girl's journey, was what stood out for me and that is what I picked out to make a film".

In-fact, 6 of the 10 films starring Alia Bhatt have been HITS at the Box-Office and two other films i.e. Dear Zindagi and Udta Punjab were successful, although not clean HITS. "The shooting of films is continuously going on day and night".
