Chris Paul, Andre Iguodala, Kevon Looney questionable for Game 7

Team doctors will re-evaluate Paul on Monday, with the decision on his availability to be determined by tipoff.

"We'll take that", Harden said after Houston's 115-86 loss to the Warriors at Oracle Arena.

Paul left in the final 30 seconds of the Rockets' 98-94 victory in Houston in Game 5 on Thursday night and received treatment on the hamstring after the game. "We like our defense against these guys, and we feel confident that we can carry this through to Game 7 on the road and continue to make things as hard as possible on Houston without fouling. So I think once we settled down and we got the defense in a better position, then we started moving the ball, and the game felt more like a Warriors game". Harden finished the game with 32 points, nine assists, and seven rebounds. He asked, rhetorically, if the Rockets would take a Game 7 on their home court against the Warriors and, in a heartbeat, D'Antoni acknowledged the benefit of that scenario.

The Rockets couldn't overcome the absence of Paul in Game 6, running out of gas in the second half after leading by as many as 17.

The Rockets had 39 points in the first quarter of game six. "He's one of the best point guards in the league, but if he doesn't play, we'll figure it out. We're still confident. We're a confident group, and we've just got one chance". And when the Warriors made a run in the second quarter, Houston had the answer. "He's so integral in what we do and the spirit of the team". What we did in that first half, that shows what we can do. As the game was winding down, Reggie Miller said something to the effect of 'throw out the scouting reports, Game 7 will be all about who wants it more.' All due respect to Miller, but that is ridiculous. We just didn't find a rhythm in either of those games, but particularly down the stretch. "It's an opportunity, though, an opportunity that we all are excited to be a part of". LeBron James and the Cleveland Cavaliers forced the deciding game with a win Friday night over the Celtics.

This came after noting the guard's recovery is "going good", per MacMahon. There is no word yet on whether he will play in game 7. "Kind of play it by ear right now", D'Antoni added.

"Yeah, we've been trying to get back to being us all series", Kerr said.
