First announced in November, the iPhone X Tesla consists of one of Apple's flagships with a phone case attached directly to the device and a solar panel on the back.

A Russian web boutique called Caviar, which specializes in high-end smartphones and accessories-many branded with the face of president Vladimir Putin- has released a big-budget iPhone X "Tesla" handset that comes with a built-in solar panel to charge the battery using the sun.

The case doubles the thickness of the device and brings it to 16.2mm eliminating the camera bump.

The first unit that came off the assembly line is engraved with "Made on Earth by Humans" in honor of Elon Musk sending his Tesla Roadster into space upon a SpaceX Falcon Heavy rocket a few months ago.

The design features a carbon base with gold decorative elements and a battery charge indicator.

"iPhone X Tesla by Caviar is equipped with a solar battery that transforms the light energy and replenishes the phone battery power with its help", reads the product description on the Caviar website. And this new iPhone is named as "iPhone X Tesla". The company is selling the 64GB version of the phone with the hefty case at a hefty price of $4,555 (The 256GB version is priced at $4,805).

Russian company Caviar is known for introducing some really interesting iPhone cases. It begins charging the iPhone with the press of a button. The cost does not include the local taxes and customs duties.

The smartphone will cost around United States dollars 4,500 (284,000 rubles), according to Caviar, for the version with 64GB of storage and the 256GB model will cost USD 4,800.

"Tesla's view that it doesn't require a debt or equity raise this year is mathematically correct, but highly imprudent from a credit and risk perspective if followed", Bloomberg Intelligence analyst Joel Levington said last month.
