Vivo will launch its one-of-its-kind X21 UD phone in India on May 29, sources have confirmed to India Today Tech.
The Invite delivered by Vivo includes a large "X" that traces in the forefront of an X-series smartphone in India. As of now, there's no clarity whether the company will only launch the Vivo X21 with in-display fingerprint scanner or it plans to also the standard version with fingerprint scanner at the back. The rumor assumes significance with the presence of a big "X", which gives an impression that the upcoming device will be Vivo X21.
As mentioned above, this is the second device to arrive with an in-display fingerprint sensor.
This is a mid-range smartphone that will compete with the affordable flagship smartphones such as OnePlus 6 and Honor 10.
There is now no date or price attached to the Apex and there most likely won't be one, as it's a concept phone.
