Chelsea will kick off their pre-season with a friendly in Australia at the brand new Optus Stadium, as they take on Perth Glory on Monday 23rd July before they compete in the International Champions Cup. Our final pre-season fixture takes place just two days after the Community Shield, so you can expect a heavily rotated side.

Arsenal said they would still play in Stockholm that day, with their opponents to be announced at a later date.

Chelsea, meanwhile, will also take on Manchester City at Wembley in the Community Shield and then Lyon at Stamford Bridge in August.

Sky Sports is reporting that both of the London clubs are keen on a move to bring the 26-year-old to the Premier League this summer, with Manchester City also interested in a deal.

However, concerns over stadium availability and the Spanish club's withdrawal as a result of Europa League commitments forced a change to the schedule.

Both Chelsea FC and Arsenal remain interested in a deal to sign Jean Michael Seri from Nice this summer, according to reports in the British media.
