Today, that all changes, as a new trailer was revealed during Sony's E3 press conference, showing off what look to be gameplay footage. Wagner is known for her roles in series like The Bionic Woman and The Six Million Dollar Man as well as films like The Paper Chase while Seydoux will be remembered for her roles in films like Spectre, The Grand Budapest Hotel, and Mission: Impossible - Ghost Protocol.
From legendary game creator Hideo Kojima comes an all new, genre defining experience for the PlayStation®4. The game features some huge Hollywood talent that also includes Guillermo del Toro and Mads Mikkelson. I was sniped by her aura as the female assassin.
Turning the post's attention to Wagner, Kojima called the actress "a muse for all time".
The two above images are some character posters for Death Stranding, which are very Hollywood-like. However, she is represented by her younger self inside the game...for the time being, at least. Am I still fascinated by the performance art that Hideo Kojima makes people watch every year? Yes.
We got our first in-engine look at Death Stranding and I could just look at Norman Reedus crawling up rocks for hours. Although they have been entertaining and led to lots of theorizing, the trailers haven't exactly shown us what this game will really look like or play like. We still don't know when the game will release, but we definitely can not wait to see more from Death Stranding, so stay tuned.
