The new title, dubbed Trover Saves the Universe will once again give players a chance to experience the crass and outrageous sense of humor of Justin Roiland. Sony's E3 2018 presentation may not have had 50 games like Microsoft did yesterday, but what the PlayStation conference lacked in quantity, they made up for in quality.
The short trailer released at E3 2018 shows what looks like a third-person platform mixed with the customary Rick and Morty-like humor Squanch established in its VR debut, Dr. Splorchy Presents: Space Heroes.
The trailer begins with Bathtub Guy who narrates us through the gameplay for what is titled Trover Saves the Universe. Furthermore, the graphics for Trover look absolutely stunning, with the rounded, nearly claymation look. There is unfortunately no planned release date as of yet for Trover Saves the Universe but we hope to hear more about the interesting title soon.
Squanch Games is developing the title, which is coming out in 2019, according to a blog post on its website. Check it out and come back for more information as it releases!
