Several prospects have seen their stock rise as the 2018 NBA Draft creeps closer. Considered a 2019 prospect for most of the regular season, the Maryland sharpshooter has gone from possible second-round pick to possible top-20 pick in a matter of weeks. These kids will be taken as much for what they can be as for what they are now.
One player who looks like an early lottery pick is Michigan State big man Jaren Jackson Jr. Based on what Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN is reporting, it appears as though Jackson has blown the Suns' minds away with his talent showcase.
Land of 10's mock draft has Jackson Jr. going to the Grizzlies at No. 4. This was the first workout Jackson Jr. has attended and it's not a surprise that he's turning some heads.
Jackson Jr. seems like he is built for the modern National Basketball Association and it isn't too surprising that teams covet him early in the draft.
The report did not specify which teams were interested in moving up for the 6-foot-11 forward.
