CNN has not confirmed that total, and since her company is privately, 100% owned by Jenner, she's not required to report her finances publicly.

Featured on the cover with the headline "America's Women Billionaires", Kylie, who welcomed daughter Stormi in February, was called one of "the 60 richest self-made women". She is ready to break the records previously held by the CEO of Facebook Mark Zuckerberg, who became a billionaire at the age of 23.

The campaign description reads: "Kylie Jenner was on the cover of Forbes Magazine today for having a net worth of 900 million dollars, which is heartbreaking".

Forbes reports that Kylie Cosmetics, founded in 2016 and famous for its Lip Kits, is now worth almost $800 million and the beauty mogul, who until recently opted for fillers to make her ow lips look plump, owns 100 per cent of the company.

But many people on Twitter took issue with the magazine's claim that she was "self-made".

In another tweet, she stated that if there should be someone celebrated for being "self-made", it should be Jenner's mother, Kris. "So top executives at tech firms who are compensated for helping significantly grow companies make the ranks but not second-generation-women running family businesses".

Thanks to her makeup line, Kylie Cosmetics, Kylie Jenner is on track to be the youngest self-made billionaire by the time she turns 21 in August. Kylie is one of half a dozen women on the list because of make-up.

The bulk of her income is derived from Kylie Cosmetics, best known for its lip kits.
