"Blade Runner" actress Sean Young is wanted by NYPD for questioning about a burglary that occurred in Queens, New York, on Thursday, TMZ reports.
According to a report in the ONTD blog, Young had been directing a film titled "Charley Boy" for the production company, but was sacked four months ago due to a dispute with producers. We're told employees at the location turned surveillance footage over to cops that allegedly showed Young and a male breaking in and stealing the gear. The items have been valued at around $12,000, according to the Daily News.
Sean was also placed under a citizens arrest at an after-party for the 2012 Academy Awards due to an altercation with a security guard.
This is not the first time the iconic sci-fi star has been in trouble.
The 1980s star has had her share of public problems, including being sued by actor James Woods for harassment, who claimed she left freakish items, including a headless doll, at his home. Woods filed a $2 million suit against her in 1987 citing "intentional infliction of emotional distress". She denied the allegations and the suit was settled out of court. "Drew" in 2011 in which she discussed her battles with alcohol.
The 58-year-old Young is probably best know for her appearance as an android in the original "Blade Runner" in 1982.
