Kanye West denies being 'stumped' over Donald Trump question

"On Jimmy Kimmel we had a great time having a dialogue", West wrote.

West did not respond to the question when the show resumed.

The rapper released his new song "XTCY" on Friday night via a tweet from DJ Clark Kent and the artwork of the track - which featured a shot of the Kardashian-Jenner sisters at Kylie's 21st - was something of a giveaway about the lyrical content. Hell, he could have even made a 25-tweet thread about why he thinks Donald Trump cares about black people. And it takes too much ownership, but you can replace pride with love.

He added that the question had been so important he'd needed time to gather his answer. "And then told me every time I said I liked Trump that I couldn't say it out loud or my career would be over", West told Kimmel. We are all left to wonder why Kimmel and his staff didn't let Kanye answer the question, and instead opted to edit the interview to make it look like Kanye was stumped. "The interview showed strong personalities with different opinions having a civil conversation".

"I was so happy when I saw Jimmy walk out in the Yeezys".

The lyric that's up for debate, reads: "You got sick thoughts?"

West utilizes the moment to voice his disdain for "click bait" but fails to take the opportune chance to give his answer on Twitter.

He also landed in hot water this May when he said slavery "sounds like a choice".

Kimmel went on to ask about Kim Kardashian's recent visit to the White House where she met with the president. "I got four of them". And that's when you get these comments that just shoot out, nearly like Tourette's'.

Tatum praised West on "Fox & Friends" for not backing away from his Trump support.
