Transfer: Barcelona president hints on signing Pogba

Jose Mourinho has revealed who is Manchester United's designated penalty taker.

Manchester United beat Leicester City 2-1 Friday night in spite of all the drama that now surrounds the club.

Obviously, we start with Paul Pogba, who made a very cryptic Instagram posting just after leaving the stadium.

However, the former Newcastle United star turned pundit believes the Portuguese born tactician will do well for himself if he stops talking his team down.

France World Cup victor Pogba has been heavily linked with a move to Barcelona in recent days, with the player's refusal to deny the links with the Catalan giants via his various social media platforms fuelling rumours that he is open to leaving United in this transfer window.

After the World Cup, I am the same.

"You have to know one thing: a player that gets chosen and is happy, you always feel more comfortable than when he's not happy".

Having supposedly missing out on Ivan Perisic last summer, United were also unable to land a winger this summer, while also missing out on the chance to sign any of the five central defenders that they were linked with in the last week of the transfer window.

"It is imperative that they get back to winning silverware".

United are set to follow the modern trend of adding a buffer between manager and board amidst criticism of the club's recent transfer dealings.

"In every interview Mourinho is complaining and frowning and looking to scowl at everybody". He has to work with the players he has got and that IS a talented group of players.

United head to Brighton on Sunday, taking on Chris Hughton's Seagulls in their second league game of the campaign.

These comments are unusual to say the least after Pogba put in an impressive performance and bagged Manchester United's opening goal of the Premier League season as they beat Leicester 2-1 on Friday. "We still have days remaining in the market to take action if needed".
