Samsung Galaxy S10 and Note 10 could both be notch

The Samsung Galaxy Note 9 has only been on the market for a short time, but we already have the first Samsung Galaxy Note 10 rumors. It is worth noting, though, that the Galaxy Note 10 will nearly certainly sport thinner bezels than its predecessor, as the company is expected to make some significant changes in the design departments next year, as the Galaxy Note 8 and Note 9 are extremely similar in terms of the design.

The aspect ratio will also boost to 19:9 or 19.5:9, and the rumors also indicate that the future Samsung Galaxy Note 10 smartphone would also come with thinner bezels, which might not make the Note 10 bigger than its predecessor, but only with a larger display. So, Samsung is preparing to make the Galaxy Note 10 display even larger than before.

According to the latest statistics, the Galaxy Note 9 managed to reach the mini-milestone in just 54 days.

The Samsung Galaxy Note 10 is expected to arrive in August next year, a year after the arrival of the Galaxy Note 9. This suggests that notch-free display is what Samsung considers a strength and adds weight to rumours that the next generation of phones will have even less bezel while remaining notch-free. The phone will sport a curved display, nearly certainly, as every single Samsung flagship does, and consumers seem to like it, even though Samsung tweaks the curvature degree with each new iteration.

This can probably be the reason why Samsung is investing its time, and resources on its mid-range family. This is when answering a question about what phone to get out of a Pixel and a Galaxy.

Samsung loves to brag about the massive OLED displays that its flagship smartphones offer and it looks like Samsung will have lots to talk about next year when Galaxy S10 is scheduled to launch. Things like screen brightness and speaker volume were kept the same on both devices.

The 6.66-inch Galaxy Note 10 display - which will likely be marketed as 6.7-inch - could be part of Samsung's major redesign effort.
