Kim Kardashian shared footage on social media of her family fleeing from their home Thursday as massive wildfires swept through parts Southern California. "Just landed back home and had 1 hour to pack up and evacuate our home".
"I just had to evacuate my home from the fires", the actress posted on Twitter.
Kourtney Kardashian also posted about the emergency on her Instagram story, writing, "I pray that everyone is kept safe and protested from these fires".
Melissa Etheridge was also forced to evacuate, and tweeted that she was safe in Santa Monica.

"They're evacuating everyone right now from all of our homes", she said, watching the action from her vehicle. 'Thank you for all that you do for us!'
The Woolsey fire in Calabasas is one of two separate brush fires that erupted on Thursday, forcing mandatory evacuations.
Kardashian shared aerial video of the unsafe Woolsey Fire, urging her 120 million followers to pray for those affected by the blaze near her family's compound in Calabasas.
"Pray for Calabasas", Kardashian West wrote on an Instagram story.
"Please send your prayers to the people of Thousand Oaks and the victims of the shooting that are now having to evacuate their homes and neighborhoods". "I took my kids, dogs, computer and my Doc Marten boots".
The City of Calabasas Twitter revealed early Friday morning that the Woolsley Fire has spread to 7,300 acres with no containment.
