The Wales global will end his long association with Arsenal after agreeing terms on a four-year deal which will reportedly pay him £400,000 ($728,180) per week.
He has been linked with a host of big-name European clubs, including Barcelona and Bayern Munich, but has now tied himself to Juventus by signing a pre-contract agreement for a reported four-year deal worth more than £400,000 (US$515,000) a week.
Ramsey's future had been the subject of speculation for some considerable time with his contract due to expire at the Emirates Stadium at the end of the current season.
The same report has claimed that the Welshman "passed a two-part medical in January", having made a decision to join Juve despite interest from a number of European clubs, including Barcelona and Paris Saint-Germain.
"In exchange for the player's registration, Juventus will incur additional charges for € 3.7 million, payable by 10 July 2019". That figure will make Ramsey the highest-paid British footballer.
Ramsey, 28, issued his own statement via Instagram.
"As you may have already heard, I have agreed a pre-contract with Juventus Football Club", said Ramsey. "He has always been a consummate professional and will always have a special place in the hearts and memories of Arsenal fans around the world".
In a statement, Ramsey thanked the "extremely loyal and supportive" Arsenal fans for their support during his 11-year career in north London.
"You welcomed me as a teenager and have been there for me through all the highs and lows I've encountered during my time at the club".
