Starting with the first Pixel in 2016 and continuing with the Pixel 3 series a year ago, Google's smartphones have been sold exclusively on Verizon (and Google Fi if you want to count that) in the United States. In US dollars, that's about $485 and the Pixel 3a XL will cost $600.
The Honor 20 series, OnePls 7 and even the Asus Zenfone 6 are all of interest to us, and now it appears Google is adding to the mix as indications have now emerged the Google Pixel 3A could launch in May.
The Google online store now has a teaser that says something new is coming on May 7. The Pixel 3a (4GB+64GB) is expected to be priced at 649 CAD (roughly Rs 33,000) whereas the Pixel 3a XL with the same configuration will retail at 799 CAD (roughly Rs 41,500). Rumors have said the Pixel 3a and Pixel 3a XL could launch at Verizon this spring.
Since Google would detail Android Q at during its I/O developer conference, the Pixel 3a and Pixel 3a XL phones are likely to support the new Android experience out-of-the-box. The video ends with Google revealing that Pixel-exclusive Avengers: Endgame playmojis are now available on Playground. No, nor the Google Pixel 4 - that's another mill. The one-minute-long video highlights navigation through Google Maps and voice assistance using Google Assistant as some of the tasks that are possible through the Pixel 3 models to help the NY people.
