Daniel Craig straps on his expensive shoes for the last time as James Bond, as the shooting of Bond 25 recently kickstarted in Jamaica.

The newspaper says a source indicated that Craig who insists on doing almost all of his own stunts flew into a frustrated rage after the tumble.

'He was in quite a lot of pain and was complaining about his ankle.

According to The Sun's Bond 25 insider, Craig hurt his ankle and has been flown to the United States for X-rays which has supposedly seen filming at Pinewood Studios cancelled for now. Danny Boyle quit as director along with his writing partner John Hodge over creative differences regarding the script with long-time Bond producer Barbara Broccoli and Cary Joji Fukunaga was brought in.

"As you'd expect he was also pretty angry that it had happened. He threw his suit jacket on the ground in sheer frustration", said the source.

Bond 25 has experienced a lot of behind-the-scenes drama already.

Even after its high-profile director debacle, James Bond's 25th cinematic outing is still facing a few more obstacles, it seems, as 007 himself has suffered an injury in the line of duty.

'They have an outline of plot, but dialogue is all last-minute. I would imagine they'll sort it out in the cutting room.

James Bond 25 is scheduled to be released in theaters on 8, April 2020. The movies, however, don't go into his dark side as much, probably due to the fact the story wouldn't be as successful as a film.

Last month, it was revealed that Rami Malek (Bohemian Rhapsody) would be taking up the post of the movie's central villain.

Besides Craig and Wright, other familiar faces to look out for are: Ralph Fiennes (M), Léa Seydoux (Madeleine Swann), Naomie Harris (Eve Moneypenny), Rory Kinnear (Bill Tanner), and Ben Whishaw (Q).
