Actress Pooja Batra and actor Nawab Shah, who recently made their relationship public, have reportedly exchanged vows in a traditional wedding ceremony and are expected to register their marriage soon. According to Mumbai Mirror, Pooja and Nawab have tied the knot in a traditional ceremony, "They have yet to register the marriage but it will happen soon".
Pooja Batra, last seen in psychological thriller Mirror Game (2017), also shared a photo where she is seen walking hand in hand with Nawab on the streets of Delhi.
This is Pooja's second marriage. It took place in Srinagar when they were attending Nawab's sister's wedding.
Pooja can be seen wearing the Punjabi chooda as the newlyweds wear it. Pooja and Nawab have shared their honeymoon pictures on their Instagram story. "Eid Mubarak soulmate", appending it with a heart emoji. After a lot of separation and divorce, Pooja met Bollywood actor Nawab Shah and gradually the conference turned into love. It was said that Kavita's family was not comfortable with Nawab being a Muslim marrying her, but Nawab clarified that they parted ways as they had major differences for a long time.
Pooja tied the knot in 2003 with orthopaedic surgeon Dr Sonu S. Ahluwalia in Los Angeles, California.
Pooja is known for films like Viraasat, Farz, Haseena Maan Jaayegi, Nayak: The Real Hero, while Nawab has acted in films like Bhaag Milkha Bhaag, Tiger Zinda Hai, Don 2. Currently, he is shooting for Salman Khan's Dabangg 3.
