Actor and stand-up comedian Kevin Hart who had a near death experience after the horrific vehicle crash on 1 September is recovering slowly and steadily.
The 35-year-old stunner told TMZ that they're "taking it one day at a time" as Kevin recovers from surgery from multiple spinal injuries 10 days after his vintage auto careened off the road and down an embankment in Malibu.
'Kevin's spinal injuries are really serious, he sustained several fractures and he had no choice but have surgery as soon as possible. As they return to Jumanji to rescue one of their own, they discover that nothing is as they expect.
Kevin is quoted to have said, "I'm grateful to be alive." - and has immediately entered into a rehab facility where he will complete intense physical therapy.
The driver, 28-year-old Jared Black, also suffered back injuries and was hospitalized following the crash, while fellow passenger, 31-year-old personal trainer Rebecca Broxterman, only complained of pain. Thank God, it could've been a lot worse.
