RSVP Movies has debuted the first official trailer for a generation-spanning love story from India film titled The Sky Is Pink, the latest from acclaimed Indian director Shonali Bose (Margarita with a Straw). However, the police was quick to rain on their parade. "Never planning heists on camera again". In the movie, Priyanka and Farhan's onscreen daughter Aisha (played by Zaira Wasim) is diagnosed with life-threatening disease Busulfan Lung Disorder and the family struggles with financial difficulties because of expensive treatment procedures.
The trailer of Shonali Bose's The Sky Is Pink was unveiled on the morning of September 10, 2019. She hoped see the the film when it releases, however she passed away without seeing it. However, the focus of the conversation soon shifted from the nuances of Priyanka's acting or the film's storyline to a tweet by the Maharashtra Police warning of "seven years imprisonment" in response to Priyanka's dialogue in the trailer. The film is based on the life of Aisha Chaudhary, who became a motivational speaker after being diagnosed with an immune deficiency order at the age of 13.

Priyanka will make her Bollywood comeback after a long hiatus of three years. Zaira's entry is strong, and her voiceover informs audiences that it is her character's terminal illness which will play the unlikely "villain" in the love story.
The flick is co-produced by Priyanka, Ronnie Screwvala and Siddharth Roy Kapur, and will hit the big screens on 11 October.
